GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE MEBELFACTOR.BG WEBSITE


I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These General Terms and Conditions govern the rules for using the website www.mebelfactor.bg (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), as well as the relationship between "B&B Furniture" EOOD (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the users of the Site.

By using the Site, including browsing the content, sending an inquiry or requesting a quote, the User declares that he/she is familiar with and accepts these General Terms and Conditions.

III. NATURE OF THE SITE

  1. The website mebelfactor.bg is not an online store with direct purchase and payment.
  2. All products presented are for informational and indicative purposes only.
  3. Orders are placed only after an individual inquiry and an explicitly confirmed offer from the Company.

IV. INQUIRIES AND OFFERS

  1. The user can send a request via the contact form, email, or the so-called "cart", which serves only to collect requests.
  2. After receiving the inquiry, the Company prepares an individual offer, which contains:
    • final price;
    • production deadline;
    • delivery terms;
    • advance payment amount.
  3. The offer has a validity period specified therein. In the absence of a term – 7 calendar days.

V. CONCLUSION OF A CONTRACT

  1. A contract between the parties is considered concluded after written confirmation of the offer by the User (by email) and payment of the agreed advance.
  2. Oral agreements have no binding force.

VI. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

  1. All prices are in Euro € and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  2. The usual advance payment is 50% of the order value, unless otherwise agreed in the offer.
  3. Final payment is made before delivery or upon delivery, as agreed.

VII. PRODUCTION OF AN ORDER

  1. All products are manufactured to individual order.
  2. Products made according to the individual requirements of the customer (sizes, configurations, materials, colors) are not subject to refusal and return, according to Art. 57, item 3 of the Consumer Protection Act.

VIII. DELIVERY

  1. The terms and delivery time are specified in the individual offer.
  2. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods.
  3. The customer is obliged to inspect the goods upon delivery.

IX. COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY

  1. The company provides a 24-month warranty, unless otherwise agreed.
  2. Obvious defects are reported upon delivery.
  3. Hidden defects must be reported immediately with written notification, after their discovery, within the warranty period.
  4. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, installation or external interference.

X. RIGHT OF REFUSAL

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days, except for products made to individual order.
  2. The right of withdrawal is exercised by written notification to the Company.

XI. RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. The company is not responsible for discrepancies due to screen color settings.
  2. The maximum liability of the Company is limited to the value of the specific order.

XII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All texts, images and materials on the Site are the property of Mebeli B&B EOOD and cannot be used without express written permission.

Mebel Factor is a registered trademark in the European Union and is the exclusive property of Mebeli B&B EOOD.

All rights to the trademark, logo and visual identity of Mebel Factor are reserved.

All content published on the website www.mebelfactor.bg, including, but not limited to: texts, images, graphics, designs, projects, trade names and other materials, is subject to copyright and/or industrial property and is the property of Mebeli B&B EOOD, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The use of the Mebel Factor trademark, its logo or the content of the site without prior written consent from Mebeli B&B EOOD is prohibited.

XIII. HOW TO ORDER FROM MEBELFACTOR.BG

  1. Browse the products on the site and add the desired items to the "cart" (this is used to form and collect requests).
  2. Send an inquiry via the contact form or email.
  3. Receive an individual offer with specified prices, production time and delivery terms.
  4. Confirm the order and make the agreed advance payment.
  5. After production, you will receive a delivery notification and pay the remaining amount.

XIII. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Site.

XIV. APPLICABLE LAW

The current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply to all unresolved issues.

XV. CHANGES TO THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Company reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions, the current version of which is published on the Site.
